I worked as a class instructor for many years alongside qualified and very experienced working dog trainers gaining valuable education.

My passion is puppies and starting them correctly to develop into stable, confident and independant dogs.

I take an holistic approach to training that considers the dog's physical and psychological needs but also includes what the owners need. It is critical to apply the correct approach for the individual dog and situation and get a positive result that makes a difference.

I have competed in ANKC Obedience, Rally, Tracking and Track & Search with my Rottweilers. One of my dogs was an accredited Therapy Dog through Dogs Victoria and worked as a Reading Buddy for Brimbank Council.

I also hold a current Working with Children card.

In home puppy training $280.00 (up to 2.5 hrs)

Areas covered: Toilet training, biting/mouthing, setting boundaries at home, crate training, independence training, socialisation, confidence and how to build, mental stimulation and diet/nutrition.

This is a popular session for owners who have just brought a new puppy home and want to get off to the right start with foundation puppy training. This is basically a condensed version of puppy pre school but is tailored to your home, your puppy and your lifestyle. I cover all areas of puppy pre school training but add a personal approach doing the training at your home.

in home training $250.00 (Approx 2 hrs)

In home training is perfect to assist with behavioural issues which you may be experiencing with your dog. Common issues owners struggle with are separation anxiety which can result in constant barking, digging and destruction.

Or maybe you just need to cover a couple of training topics with your new puppy.

This session is quite flexible to cover a range of issues or training topics.

My puppy pre school is very behaviour based and is not a play free for all. The focus is how to teach your puppy to be confident, independent and have a stable attitude.

What you want from your pup as a mature dog should be the starting point to how you teach him/her as a puppy. If you want a calm, friendly, stimulated and balanced dog, start on that path early.

private lessons $130.00 (1 hr)

A private lesson is a perfect way to learn obedience skills and a variety of methods. One on one training is all about you and your dog and you will learn how to motivate your dog and different approaches to training obedience commands.

WEDDING CONCIERGE From $450.00

Having your beautiful dog with you on your special day is priceless. But who looks after your dog when friends and family are at your wedding?

To ensure your day is stress free we provide these options:

• Meet & greet with your dog/s prior to the day.

• Pick up and transport on the day.

• Excellent care of your dog providing fresh
  water, air conditioned comfort, snack and meals as required.

• Prepare the dog/s for photo’s and/or ceremony.

• Transport dogs home and settle, feed if
  required.

• Message you to let you know your dogs are safe
  and settled at home.

• And I always visit the wedding venue prior to ensure I know exactly what is needed for your dog on the day.

Canine nutrition

Diet has such an enormous impact on your dog’s health and longevity of life but also on behaviour. I include nutrition advice in all consults and provide information for you to make informed decisions for your dog. Diet also has an influence on behaviour. Hypo dog? Could be partly due to a high sugar processed diet…

I will help to provide options which suit you and your lifestyle. There is always a way to feed your dogs a healthy diet!
